Basic Coordination Package (Starts at $1500)

*Vendor referral list
*Necessary insurance for the venue
*Client meeting to complete information for the event, answer any questions, and design the floor layout
*Contact all vendors for their input on the timeline
*Create a final timeline for the ceremony & reception
*Contact all vendors the week of the wedding to provide a timeline, answer any questions/concerns
*Coordinator on-site through the setup to ensure all vendors provide all services the couple has requested
*Ensure the correct layout of the wedding and reception, according to the couple’s design
Coordinate – florist, caterer, photographer, videographer, officiant, rentals, baker, bartender, DJ, etc., throughout the event
*6-8 hours on-site for the big day.

The Wedding Coordinator is mainly a day-of director. They put all your details that you have booked, and make sure you have no worries on the day of your wedding. 

The Wedding Planner is with you side by side, making decisions, getting quotes, assisting with contracts (outside vendors), and more. This service cost is based on the event details, number of guests, location, and the amount of time for planning.
