3. Navigate Legal Requirements

- Obtain a Florida marriage license from any county clerk’s office in Florida. There’s no residency requirement, and you can use it in any part of the state. If you have any questions about the process, you just have to ask us.
- If you’re not a Florida resident, there’s no waiting period, but all Florida residents have a three-day waiting period.
